Greg Prodehl is a great Home Inspector! My wife and I were in the process of acquiring our first home. Greg met with us at the home within 24 hours of our contacting him. From what we understand, this was the first time our Realtor used Greg’s services for inspecting a home. The time and effort Greg put forth in inspecting our home gave us peace of mind and allowed us to make the best informed decision to purchase our home. Greg inspected both the home and the pool, and then walked us through the areas of concern, as well as commented on features that we should really appreciate in our new home. Greg went above and beyond what was required, and gave us a number of tips in maintaining our home. We felt that his services were so excellent, we gave Greg an additional cash bonus for his time and effort on our behalf. Even after the close of escrow, we have contacted Greg on a couple of occasions, and he has been forthcoming about repeating suggestions and giving tips to manage and maintain our home effectively. We are currently recommending Greg to friends currently in the market for purchasing homes. My husband and I called Prodehl Home Inspection on a referral from our agent. We had to have our last home inspected and that experience was at best a nightmare. We only hoped that this time the inspection would go better. We booked the inspection on-line and to our surprise received a phone call from Greg that evening. The first impression of Greg was one of a professional that takes tremendous pride in the service he provides. During the inspection we could not help but notice that Greg's attention to detail was superb.
